Stucky QOTD: Do Do DO Do Do …. what, exactly?

Today’s question comes by way of Robert Gore’s article HERE   where he takes us on a whirlwind tour starting with King George and ends with Obamacare (and a delicious American Smorgasbord of shit sandwiches in-between) … while discussing how the The Evil Witch of Kankles escaped prosecution, and eventually asks the question;

“TOUGH SHIT WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?”

That’s all I want to know. What are you DOING? Why?  Because I’ve run out of ideas. Maybe someone here can inspire me.

But, many of you can’t follow instructions.  The key work is DO. Look it up if you must.

—If you just want to complain, bitch, or moan about shit, then kindly just STFU.  Plenty of other posts for that fun activity.

— That also applies to you Preppers. Spare us the stories and endless lists of shit ya got.  If prepping was doing then they would call you Doers, but it’s not and, so, you are called Preppers, not Doers. Got it?  Soooo, Hillery escapes scot-free and you go out and buy another box of ammo or can another ten jars of rabbit asses in pickle juice — c’mon, really, what the fuck does that have with DOING anything about Hillcunt?

— “I ain’t doin’ nothing” is a perfectly good answer.  First, it shows your honesty. Second, you’re in good company with about 98.4% of all other ‘Murikans.

Here’s an example of Do:  Llpoh DID something. He MOVED away from this almost God-forsaken country.  Moving = doing. See?

=========================================

Me?

I said to Ms Freud yesterday — “I don’t want to be part of this system anymore.”  It’s not the first time I’ve said it. Opting out. Minimalist living. A total ‘fuck you’ to consumerism. Hermit. A leave-me-the-fuck-alone lifestyle. That kind of idea … she knows what I mean.

I’m talking about possibly this. I’ve had the picture below as my windows screensaver for about a year now.

It’s doable … for me.  My two kids are grown and really don’t need me. My parents’ days are numbered.  No one depends on me for jack-shit. It’s lovely. So, why not?

Most people can’t, I suppose.  Janis said “freedom’s just another word with nothing left to lose”.  That’s why I believe most people, if they are honest, will answer today’s question thusly — “Nothing.”  You’re not free enough. You have responsibilities. Raising kids. Getting ahead at work. Paying taxes. Saving for a vacation, or a car, or old age, or a hundred other necessities of life.  You have to much to lose.  You better leave the revolution to someone else. Right?

I’m fortunate enough to have lost almost everything I’ve ever owned … twice! It’s exhilarating! lol So, a small tiny cabin in the woods would seem like a Palace to me.

Of course, I haven’t pulled the trigger on that.

Yet.

Again, what are you DOING?

SMASH THE CONTROL MACHINE says, “DO NOT WORRY GOD WILL DO IT…” You’re delusional.

You created your mess and God expects you to clean it up. So, get busy and create the kind of world you want to live in. OH! WAIT! You already have. Regardless of what you think, you’re not a spectator here!

I have always kinda thought that America was Babylon. But perhaps Babylon is any hubris-tic attempt by man to usurp the rightful position of God.

Nothing. I’d like to move out of the country too but unfortunately it takes a good deal of money to do so and land on your feet with any type of decent lifestyle and after years of hardship I just don’t have it.

KaD–OH! I see! I’d do it but I don’t want to be inconvenienced. Change always includes, sacrifice.

Change ALWAYS means giving something up for something else. That’s the way it works here in this Universe. But I understand, we are more comfortable with the Status Quo even if that involves slowly going down the sewer. That’s why they say, “The devil you know is better than the devil you don’t know,” It’s also called the ‘herd effect’–I’m going to do what ever all you, other, lemmings do.

Look! I don’t want to hear self serving excuses. You either ‘cut the mustard’ or pay the price!
You take the first step in the knowledge that the second step will be there. It might not, but you have to have hope that it will be. “Hope is faith in things unseen.” You have a ‘crisis of faith’, KaD.

I don’t know who stripped you of a belief in yourself, maybe the public schools. You are a child of the ‘Living God’ and never, never, ever let another take that from you.

YOU CAN DO SOMETHING.

Homey, I strongly suspect there is an aspect to the events unfolding around us that you and indeed most of us do not quite grasp. The reason we don’t get it is because we don’t know to look for it and there is no reason to look for something that you have no knowledge exists.

I don’t believe that what ails us was a mess of our own creation. Sure, parts of it were…..small parts…….but the majority of it was dreamed up and foisted upon us surreptitiously specifically to prevent us from being aware of it. You are indeed correct when you say that change requires sacrifice but the sacrifice is being forced upon us against our will. It’s like fighting the invisible man and that is a damned tough fight when you have no idea where he is, how big he is, what weapons he wields and what his ultimate intent is. “Faith” may in fact get you killed in that case.

I suppose that’s ok if you believe in sky spirits of some kind but even if I did believe in sky spirits I’m not fool enough to fight blindly against an unseen, largely unknown enemy. That has nothing to do with a crisis of faith, that just common sense.

I used to think that, but it isn’t true. Just the opposite
actually. One example = property taxes. Another example =
there is hardly anywhere to shop, so you hardly spend any
money. lol

Stucky, you know good and well that every sperm has the potential to become a child and is, therefore, sacred. As for blood, well it is the only thing that washes out all sins and should never be tainted or diluted.

The priest was walking by when he spotted a boy masturbating.
He says, son, every sperm has the potential to become a child and is, therefore, sacred.
The boy says, second chance! And swallows the load.

If I may attempt to shed some light on the JW problem with blood transfusions.
The bible warns against the pagan rituals of drinking ,eatting or strangling animals to get a maximum of blood volume to consume. There are those who even bath in the blood of bulls to gain the lifeforce/power of the powerful animals blood.
JW believe the use of blood taken from another is wrong and that injected into the vein is no different in God”s eye than drinking of it. The bible is clear about consuming blood. They look at injection as consuming.

Stucky- just curious…why keep debating the JW? They will never be flexible or stray from the official doctrine?

Also, there seems to be an excess of DoDo in your title. Whats up with all the do?

I think the verses are in (Acts) that they will use on you for their proof that the bible speaks against transfusions.

Stucky, a measure of a man is how he lives his life, treats others, and what he stand for. I haven’t seen many JWs in the news robbing banks or shooting people. The ones that I have met are sincere in their faith and helpful in their manners. In other words, good people. I have engage them in conversation and accepted what they say as their sincere belief.

But, I see thing differently and view their beliefs as rather elementary. As one in high school, I don’t want to go back to 2nd grade, spiritually. I don’t condemn them as misguided or ignorantly following a skewed version of Christianity. We all may need that particular step to lead one to a higher understanding of spirituality. We all get to higher understanding of our relationship with God in baby steps. Who am I to say your path is the wrong one unless it is detrimental to the path of another.

I think that the big objection is their constant proselytizing for new devotees. If you believe you have the Truth, I can understand why you would want everyone else to embrace it and share in it.

We are tolerant with children, why can’t we extend that to adults, too?

I’m going to vote for Trump, and try to convince others to do the same. I know it’s kind of a weak-assed response, but there aren’t a lot of sensible options available to me. Besides, denying that psychopath hitlery from the white house will make me smile. Other than that, I’ll continue to help my kids see truth, get better at gardening, use that wine-making kit so I know how to do it and remain ready to start up raising rabbits when the economy worsens.

In the meantime, I’ll drink, vodka.

Wow Stuck, great thread.

I believe I nearly died in December, I was already well on my current spiritual path, and whatever the hell was wrong with me it made me face my mortality, and my immortality.

Because my husband is still thoroughly convinced of things returning to “normal” and that the experts/betters /tech guys, or God, will magically step in and fix everything, plus his abhorrence of manual labor, the bugout ranch is out and, as always, our future is 100% tied to the stock market or real estate.

I could divorce him, but he’d never let my daughter go.

So, I wait. And thank the angels they led me to hope, meditation, prayer, movement, on the path to peace.

What will be, will be. No way the dark wins if we, one by one, begin to awaken to our own power.

We get more of that which we focus on.

Focusing on fear, hatred, retribution, even prepping guarantees we get more of what we have.

I’ve decided to focus on learning hopeful things, opening my mind, increasing my love, tolerance, acceptance, improving skills, organizing, figuring out skills I’ll need to support my family after a reset.

That which cannot be sustained won’t be, we have reached peak control under our dark cabal. Many, many, are waking up and taking Jesus literally in his, not the church or other prophets, words. We can perform his miracles here on earth if we devote our mind, bodies and souls to it.

We can love our neighbors even as we disagree. We can choose not to be fearful when confronted with the staged terror and fake illnesses.

Or not.

I wallowed in worry, fear, hatred, for years and years. All I got was more of it.

No more.

So that is what I’m doing.

Peace, hugs and good health to you Stuck.

Shout out for Homer and a couple others that appear on their path. Fills my heart with love.

Since some like to display their superiority by condescendingly ridiculing Christians, I proffer two thoughts:

1) there IS design here on earth, our solar system & the cosmos; where there is design, there is a designer.

2) It is absurd for the Evolutionist to complain that it is unthinkable for an admittedly unthinkable God to make everything out of nothing, and then pretend that it is more thinkable that nothing should turn itself into everything. – G.K. Chesterton
