Unless you count white neegrows, you might be surprised by the numbers if this site is accurate. It’s certainly not “by far”.
Your original comment did not say “by far” in terms of percentage of blacks vs whites in the population hence my confusion.
Blacks may have reached welfare saturation but whites still have room to bring their A game. In the meantime I’ll be sure to celebrate YT’s self control in making us look so good as a race! (by comparison at least) (for now) 🙂

You link lists 39% of welfare recipients as black. But they are only 13% of the population.
While whites are 63% of the population but account for only 38% of the welfare payments.
Blacks are at least 3 times more likely to be on welfare as whites.
