- Will there be a mass kneeling of NFL players today?
- If so, how will the overwhelmingly white attendees react? Booing? Silence? Kneeling also?
- If there is a mass kneeling event, will fans stop going to games, stop watching games, stop buying NFL merchandise, or start boycotting advertisers of NFL games?
- Is this just a purposeful propaganda distraction to keep people from seeing how they are being fucked economically by the government and their Deep State banking partners?

The demographics of sports fans is detailed in the chart below. The numbers are even more skewed when you realize who can afford the $400 all-in price for two people to attend a football game. I’d be surprised if more than 5% of the attendees at an NFL game are black. I’d also wager there aren’t that many SJW football fanatics. I’d wager a large majority of NFL game attendees voted for Trump. The left wingers and the NFL owners are playing a dangerous game that is about to cost them hundreds of millions.

Ads are usually placed through advertising agencies under contract to do package type of deals for their showings over a period of time.

They weren’t placed directly bu DoD, they hired an advertising agency to place them and they are generally placed for an entire season, not one by one at the time they are shown.
Usually with package deals as well, not with the individual broadcasters that are included in the package.

Not only have I never given a shit about NFL football, I now deem it appropriate to not do business with their advertisers. The problem is that I have no idea who advertises during NFL games since I never watch. Maybe there’s a list somewhere.
(Off topic, unless Starbucks advertises during NFL games) The other day I found myself in a Starbucks only because a client wanted to go there, and it took me several moments to figure out which bathroom I could use, because they were both marked the same. So I used the one with the door that opened outward, since I assumed [correctly] that there were no actual paper towels inside, and after washing my hands it pisses me off to have to touch a door handle when some SJWLGBTMOUSE did not wash their hands.

Update (10:20 am ET): It’s 10:30 ET am on a Sunday morning, and already there have been several notable developments in President Trump’s feud with professional sports teams who tolerate players who kneel during the National Anthem. During the first NFL game since the feud started to escalate on Saturday, at least a dozen players on the Jacksonville Jaguars took a knee during the National Anthem at a game in London against the Baltimore Ravens, as Sports Illustrated reports.
Players from both teams stood during the playing of “God Save the Queen”, though players linked arms during the song. Jaguars owner Shad Khan linked arms with Jaguars tight end linebacker Telvin Smith. Khan, who like Kraft also donated to the Trump campaign, said he would not be issuing a statement about the feud, and referred reporters to a league statement.
Shows how dumb these idiots are about even basic issues.

I’m going to take a different approach than most, though. I think these players are doing this country a big favor by turning it off to football. Nothing but bread and circuses. A distraction to keep people from realizing what’s being done to them. Maybe this will lead to more people doing something productive with their time, even if it’s just spending time with the family. But maybe, just maybe, some will read a book instead. Or come here and read something that will wake them up to reality.

I stopped watching the NFL last year due to the Knee issue, started to watch Baseball this year. This morning I see MLB has started with the knee – if it continues – will turn baseball off.
IMHO Trump did the right thing – suggest people walk out of the stadium if the knee protest takes place.
I think trump should have stayed out of it, personally, but I do enjoy watching these overpaid morons destroy themselves.
What amazes me is just how stupid their entire premise for protesting is. Young black males are indeed killed by cops at a higher rate than other demographics, they are maybe 3-4% of the population, and are about 32% of those killed by cops. But, they commit nearly 50% of most types of violent crime. Based on that, it’s actually lower than you’d think.

The NFL has let the players association call the shots for so long that the most ‘famous’ football players are criminals like OJ Simpson, Michael Vick and Aaron Hernandez.
The truth of the matter is the NFL could hire the football teams of the SEC, Big Ten, etc and put them in NFL uniforms and pay the players $100,000 per year and no one would notice the difference.

Update (1:30 pm ET): This afternoon’s round of NFL games has begun and as expected players from nearly every team playing today took a knee during the National Anthem, locked arms in solidarity with players who decided to take a knee, or – in the case of the Pittsburg Steelers – remained in the locker room, and thus weren’t visible to the public.
In Philadelphia, Eagles and Giants players and coaches locked arms as a massive American flag was raised over the field and military jets performed a flyover. A few players raised fists or knelt, according ot the New York Times. Several players on the Bills and the Broncos also took a knee.
The Steelers didn’t participate in the Anthem, as coach Mike Tomlin had warned, remaining in the locker room instead – except for LT Alejandro Villanueva, an army veteran who stood by the tunnel with his hand over his heart.
Pittsburgh proud, even though I moved to the Midwest a few years back. Way to stay focused on the game; although I would have loved to be the fly on the wall when the decision was announced.

NFL sucks. Great game between Iowa and Penn State last night. The Nittany Lions scored in the last 4 seconds to win. Although Kinnick Stadium went silent, most Hawkeye Fans woke up this morning grateful it wasn’t a complete blowout. At every home Hawkeye Game, everybody stands for the national anthem at the beginning. Plus, during the game, a moment is taken for the whole stadium to wave in unison up to the sick kids watching the game from the children’s hospital overlooking the field.
Perhaps if the goobermint actually did things the people could be proud of and respect, this wouldn’t be an issue? I certainly have damned little respect for what that piece of cloth represents and I lose a little more each day.
