Justice Elena Kagan: Legitimacy Of The Supreme Court Is Now At Risk

Associate Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan said that the highest court in the land risks losing legitimacy without a centrist swing-vote, reports Bloomberg.

In Friday comments made just hours after the US Senate cleared the way for USSC nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation, Kagan said that the court benefitted from having centrist Justices Sandra Day O’Connor and Anthony Kennedy over the past 30-plus years.

The presence of O’Connor and Kennedy “enabled the court to look as though it was not owned by one side or another and was indeed impartial and neutral and fair,” Kagan said to an audience at Princeton University. “And it’s not so clear that, you know, I think going forward that sort of middle position — you know, it’s not so clear whether we’ll have it.”

She added: “All of us need to be aware of that, every single one of us and to realize how precious the court’s legitimacy is.” –Bloomberg

Kavanaugh v. Feinstein — Flawless Victory

Yesterday’s dramatic cloture vote to push SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh to a final confirmation vote is one of those political moments of pure victory.  It was messy and it was tense, but the ultimate outcome was better than I could have ever originally expected.

Because it’s pretty clear to me that we’re looking at the kind of big operation run on the Democrats and the Soros Group to expose not only their tactics, the classic “Nuts and Sluts” shaming technique, but also in the process crush certain powerful members of the Democratic party which have been the conduit through which ‘the Resistance’ has driven our political process to the point of no return.

Is the White Male Victimizer or Victim?

The disparity is amazingly extreme. The football coach had no intention of offending anyone when he used the word “rape” to express his opinion that his players had lost the game due to home team officiating. However, the Georgetown feminist professor had every intention of offending the male members of the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Supreme Court nominee when she said:

“Look at this chorus of entitled white men justifying a serial rapist’s arrogated entitlement. 
All of them deserve miserable deaths while feminists laugh as they take their last gasps. Bonus: we castrate their corpses and feed them to swine? Yes.”

Four days after he described Christine Blasey Ford, the accuser of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, as a “very credible witness,” President Donald Trump could no longer contain his feelings or constrain his instincts.

With the fate of his Supreme Court nominee in the balance, Trump let his “Make America Great Again” rally attendees in Mississippi know what he really thought of Ford’s testimony.

So, What Are The Rules Anyway?

Forgive my confusion, but I’m trying to figure out how this all works. If rules are going to guide my behavior by providing negative consequences for their violation, it’s not unreasonable to want to know exactly what they are. Except all these rules that I and other Normals are expected to follow, well, they don’t make a lot of sense. I just want to know what they are. Maybe you liberals and Fredocons can help a brother out.

Like that word right there, “brother.” It denotes a gender, and I really want to know how the gender rules work. For purposes of this column, I’m just going to assume there are only two sexes, which is probably a massive SJW felony in and of itself. So, are both genders equal?

See, men view rape casually. It’s just something to do in a moment of boredom. Like scratching, or wondering where we left our keys. It’s because of our misogyny. Blasey Ford’s Kavinaugh Testimony Unravels After Ex-Boyfriend Refutes Key Claims

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) fired off an intriguing letter to Christine Blasey Ford’s attorneys on Tuesday, requesting several pieces of evidence related to her testimony – including all materials from the polygraph test she took, after her ex-boyfriend of six years refuted statements she made under oath last week.

Grassley writes: “The full details of Dr. Ford’s polygraph are particularly important because the Senate Judiciary Committee has received a sworn statement from a longtime boyfriend of Dr. Ford’s, stating that he personally witnessed Dr. Ford coaching a friend on polygraph examinations. When asked under oath in the hearing whether she’d ever given any tips or advice to someone who was planning on taking a polygraph, Dr. Ford replied, “Never.” This statement raises specific concerns about the reliability of her polygraph examination results.”

“Hero” Survivors Who Confronted Jeff Flake Work For Soros-Funded Nonprofit

Outgoing Arizona Senator Jeff Flake has insisted that his last-minute decision to demand that the FBI reopen its background check investigation into Trump SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh wasn’t inspired by a pair of young women who accosted him in the halls of the US Capitol and loudly berated him with tear-jerking stories of sexual abuse.

But the timing of Flake’s change of heart is certainly curious, and the liberal press has widely heralded the two young women has “heros” for helping to force a delay of Kavanaugh’s confirmation by at least another week.
