The Pluses and Minuses of Perceived Slyness, Stuffed Sinuses, and Coronaviruses

By Doug “Uncola” Lynn via TheBurningPlatform.com

First of all, I am no doctor. Nor have I played one on TV. But, let’s be honest, we’ve all seen movies like Contagion, World War Z, Outbreak, 12 Monkeys, I Am Legend, and 28 Days Later.  They all contain certain similarities. It starts slowly with Patient Zero, either man or animal, and then momentum builds until realization rolls over the globe like a wave. People drop like flies in a fumigated room, as chaos delivers anarchy until only a small remnant survives – usually scientists or sometimes the most attractive members of a U.N. contingency team or, at the very least, average Joes and Janes are left to repopulate the earth.

Occasionally in the stories, the global pandemic occurs in real-time.  But, in other instances, the destruction, decimation and depopulation are set to fast-forward during the opening credits and exclaimed by increasingly horrified news reporters terrified at their particular plague’s acceleration – or –  the tale is sometimes told via flashbacks in the narrative to explain what happened.

Despite US and Israeli Objections, Russia and Iran Remain Committed to Fighting Terrorism in the Levant

Ahead of Helsinki Russian diplomats are repeating loudly that Iran is in Syria legally

The Finnish capital of Helsinki will host a summit July 16 between US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Amid preparations for the meeting, speculation has been raised about the topics that may be discussed by the two presidents. Although the formal agenda has yet to be announced, one thing is certain: The Syrian crisis and prospects for engagement between Moscow and Washington on the war-torn country will likely form a great part of what Putin and Trump will discuss — and possibly agree upon.

Eleven Lies About Iran (That Americans Won’t Quit Lying About Because Stupid Is An American Specialty).

Trump’s Ten Lies: A Response to the Iran Nuclear Agreement Speech

After listening to Trump’s speech explaining his decision to pull out of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) nuclear agreement with Iran, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said that Trump’s speech contained “over ten lies.” Khamenei didn’t go on to name the lies.

So, what were the lies Trump told?

Lie #1

“The Iranian regime is the leading state sponsor of terror”
The United States has long known that its ally, Saudi Arabia, and not its enemy, Iran, is the leading state sponsor of terror. All recent attempts to link Iran to terrorism have failed. Even America’s own reports on terrorism don’t list Iran as the leading state sponsor of terrorism. The State Department’s Patterns of Global Terrorisms “rarely identifies a terrorist incident as an act by or on behalf of Iran.” And, the most recent Global Terrorism Index from the Department of Homeland Security clearly states that, not Iran, but “ISIL, Boko Haram, the Taliban and al-Qaeda” are the biggest terrorist threats. None of these four groups is Shiite and none is aligned with Iran, but combined they are “responsible for 74 per cent of all deaths from terrorism.” The Index also clearly identifies “ISIL,” not Iran “as the deadliest terrorist group.”

Is North Korea Really a ‘State Sponsor of Terrorism’?

undefined

President Trump announced last week that he was returning North Korea to the US list of “state sponsors of terrorism” after having been off the list for the past nine years. Americans may wonder what dramatic event led the US president to re-designate North Korea as a terrorism-sponsoring nation. Has Pyongyang been found guilty of some spectacular terrorist attack overseas or perhaps of plotting to overthrow another country by force? No, that is not the case.

HOW IRONIC THAT THIS WOULD COME OUT ON SEPTEMBER 11TH

I’m shocked, shocked that the two most evil  and dangerous governments on earth (besides the United States) would turn out to be best buddies.

Breaking News of Saudi Crown Prince’s “Secret” Visit To Israel Brings Embassy Scramble

Tyler Durden's picture

Clearly the war in Syria and the international push for regime change against Assad has created strange alliances in the Middle East over the past few years. Among the strangest bedfellows are the Israelis and Saudis. It’s no secret that common cause in Syria of late has led the historic bitter enemies down a pragmatic path of unspoken cooperation as both seem to have placed the break up of the so-called “Shia crescent” as their primary policy goal in the region. But that’s perhaps why few pundits seemed overly shocked when Israeli media late last week began reporting that a Saudi prince made a secret visit to Israel, in spite of the fact that the kingdom does not recognize the Jewish state, and the two sides do not have diplomatic relations.

“Terrorism, Terrorism, Terrorism”

Authored by Simon Black via SovereignMan.com,

There’s something I’ve always found mesmerizing about watching animals in the wild.

They have the most incredible instincts, honed from countless generations of survival against constant threats.

Animals have a keen sense of danger. They know immediately when something doesn’t feel right, and they act on it without hesitation.

I saw an incredible example of this last year when I was visiting a remote wildlife reservation in Zimbabwe.

PRESIDENT ROUHANI ON THE ROOT OF TERRORISM: ISRAEL

Zionists involved in almost all regional crises: Iran president

Wed Jun 21, 2017 10:25AM

Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani has censured Israel for supporting terrorism, saying the regime is, either covertly or overtly, complicit in almost all crises gripping the Middle East region.

“Today, it happens rarely for Zionists not to have a hand, either behind the scenes or openly, in rifts among regional countries,” Rouhani said in a cabinet meeting on Wednesday.

Wounded terrorists receive treatment in Israeli hospitals, he said, adding that the Tel Aviv regime arms terrorists and bombards the region in favor of them.

“It is clear that they (Israelis) support terrorism in the region,” President Rouhani said. “Undoubtedly, the split between regional countries and the Muslim world, such as the ones between Iran and Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Saudi Arabia, and Egypt and Turkey eventually benefits global Zionism and usurping Israel.”

Are We Fighting Terrorism, Or Creating More Terrorism?

undefined

When we think about terrorism we most often think about the horrors of a Manchester-like attack, where a radicalized suicide bomber went into a concert hall and killed dozens of innocent civilians. It was an inexcusable act of savagery and it certainly did terrorize the population.

What is less considered are attacks that leave far more civilians dead, happen nearly daily instead of rarely, and produce a constant feeling of terror and dread. These are the civilians on the receiving end of US and allied bombs in places like Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, Somalia, and elsewhere.

THE LARGEST STATE SPONSOR OF TERRORISM

It’s not Iran.  The only reason Iran has ever been called a “sponsor of state terrorism” is because of Hezbollah.  Hezbollah itself of course is not a terrorist group.  What it’s military arm is, however, is the only thing preventing another Israeli invasion and occupation of Lebanon.  Follow the lies and they inevitably come back to the real leading state sponsor of terrorism (besides Saudi Arabia), the parasite known as Israel.

As for Trump, when it comes to foreign policy I don’t think he knows his ass from his elbow.  He has surrounded himself with Israeli apologists and warmongers because the GoP has no others.  Neither do the Dems.

The Five Blinding Myths About Iran

by , March 11, 2017

One of the promises that President Trump has kept is his promise to be tough on Iran. Though he has not canceled the nuclear weapons agreement, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), he has “officially put Iran on notice,” and he has imposed new sanctions.

More seriously, the New York Times reports that Secretary of Defense General James Mattis considered ordering the Navy to intercept and board an Iranian ship in international waters to search it for weapons being shipped to Yemen in support of the Houthis. According to White House officials, the operation was called off, not because it would likely have been an act of war, but because word of the operation leaked.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

That’s funny. There was virtually no terrorism in Iraq, Afghanistan, or Libya prior to 2002. The war on terrorism implemented by Washington DC Neo-cons has sure done wonders – for the military industrial complex’ profits.

Could the Elite Survive Without Terrorism?

Could the Elite Survive Without Terrorism?

withoutterrorism

I’ve been long struck by a comment attributed to Adolph Hitler: “If there were no Jews, we’d have to invent them.”[1]Which it seems he did say, though in a slightly different form. This callous sentiment lies at the heart of rulership, including the rulers of our day. Power needs a frightening enemy. The systems that be, after all, are wholly organized around our fears. Without something to be terribly afraid of, the core justification for rulership fails.

Most Dangerous Person On The Planet Today: Hillary Clinton

Submitted by Michael Shedlock via MishTalk.com,

On Monday, Hillary Clinton accused Donald Trump of giving “aid and comfort” to Islamic terrorists, and that terrorists use his rhetoric to recruit fighters.

On fighting terrorism, she chastised Trump “I Know How to Do This“.

I’m the only candidate in this race who’s been part of the hard decisions to take terrorists off the battlefield. I have sat at that table in the Situation Room,” said Clinton.

Here’s my counterclaim: Hillary Clinton not only sponsors terrorism, she is a terrorist.

I sent this as an Op-Ed to the New York Times. Rejected as expected.
