What’s Better than Militia?

Guest Post by Freed Radical

In my last installment, I discussed militias and how they will form spontaneously in 3,000 American counties at just the right time. No one knows what that time is, or what the trigger will be, but I told you not now, that now is not the time for widespread organized militias. That just makes for a lot of easy targets. You can read that article for all the details.

To answer, Ok, what then? I offer you an alternative that is really a superset of militia, something that has militia as a component, and that is really much more functional now for preserving our liberty and preparing us to weather the storm the socialists plan. That is, the storm that is intended to destroy liberty, but will rather destroy socialism. This alternative will also set us up for rebuilding America after the socialists have self destructed, which socialists always do when they lack capitalists to feed on. Yes, it’s going to be very ugly, but this is our chance to take back what our citizens have traded for a government check.

That alternative to militia is community. In my local area, groups of people have been meeting in various contexts for many years, forming community. Some are prepper groups, getting prepared for hard times. Some are Christian groups, bolstering their faith and resolve. Yet other groups train and learn new skills along a broad spectrum. And some groups gather to get to know their neighbors. All these groups overlap.

These are some interests of conservative community in America:

Militia falls under Safety, and is only one of many facets of community.

Midwifery and home schooling are in there as a bonus to irritate the Google AI, because government despises people who thrive outside their system. This reminds me of when my spouse and I were having our first child and attending a seminar on childbirth at the local hospital. I raised my hand in this huge lecture hall full of expectant parents and asked, “What proportion of your births are natural?” The doctor answered that 70% of their births were vaginal, the rest by cesarean section. Dr. System did not even grasp the meaning of natural childbirth. This is the system we are breaking out of, so we can decide the intimate details of our own lives, even how our children are born.

In community groups, people of similar mind and interest gather together to accomplish a goal. But the overarching benefit of all these community activities is networking. You may recall my article about revolutionary roles and how the networker is of critical importance. It’s a powerful thing to listen to two people talking about an issue when a name pops into your head and you say, “I know who can help you with that.” New relationships are formed, and these are the foundation of healthy communities.

Now the liberals are doing their best to divide and conquer conservatives, and the Republicans are suckers for that to a comical level. All some Democrat has to do is accuse Republicans of racism, and they scatter like the cowardly cockroaches that they are, hiding behind momma cockroach’s apron. Pathetic. You’d think they were sneaking soy lattes.

But in conservative communities of people who actually work for a living (pardon the redundancy), that division tactic does not play. Such people are happy to go back to their homes, families, churches, and jobs, ignoring the liberals who are on the path to certain destruction. You don’t meet many conservatives on the government dole, crying about being a victim, or having their diabetic toes amputated. They are too busy with their day jobs.

I’ve been promoting living free lives, and I know most readers here strive to do that. Well, community among conservatives accomplishes just that. When we band together into wolf packs, and stop being lone wolves, we support and strengthen each others’ freedom.

Several militia style groups have been banded and disbanded in my area. The time is just not right. Most people, even conservatives, do not see the need to kit up and camp every weekend in the back yard. That time will come, maybe even soon, but it’s not now. And the leaders of such groups have felt a red dot on their backs.

However, what works now, and is actually better, is people gathering in community. I’d like to suggest to you a practical activity to get traction among frustrated conservatives. No, you will not have to march in the cold with a heavy pack, or field strip your evil black assault rifle in the rain. You already know how to do this: Eat.

Yep, let’s take a lesson from the Baptists. Community potluck dinners. That’s the key, baby! We gonna take back the republic with fried chicken, potato salad, and deviled eggs!

Mmmmm… mmmmm! Ant Bee, them’s the best freedom biscuits I believe you ever did make!”

Here’s how it works. Find a place to meet, which could be a public park, church fellowship hall, or somebody’s back yard. Send out invitations to ten conservatives you know, “Bring a dish, bring your family, meet your neighbors.” Tell them to invite a friend. It’s that simple. Your space will soon be full of freedom loving people.

In your invitation, don’t make it anything but a picnic. Don’t advertise any political strategy, gripe about liberalism, and for heaven’s sake do not invite any long winded politicians to speak! Just the picnic, ma’am.

Conservatives are always mindful of the terrible wreck America has become. It keeps them up at night, and they talk about it with their friends. You can be sure this will be a hot topic of conversation at your community gathering. This is good, but can turn bad when conservatives disagree, which they will on various points. Since conservatives are more like cats than dogs, if one feels less than fluffy he’ll take his bowl and go home. Not good. (You are not like this, are you? Of course not.)

Do tell people up front that this community dinner is a networking event. Tell them to get to know a few people they have never met. If they find someone with similar interests, meet later for coffee and chat. If they want to straighten somebody out and get their mind right, meet later for coffee and chat. This is not the time for yelling over politics or personalities. It’s a time for making connections.

The Moravians are a Christian group that has the most wonderful guiding principle: “In essentials, unity; in nonessentials liberty; in all things, love.” This is a good guideline for our community gatherings. We don’t all agree on everything, but that’s no reason to burn bridges. Sooner or later, I’m going to need that neighbor, or he is going to need me. We conservatives are a lot closer on principles than the motley crew of American liberals.

Being right is less important than being free, because when we have freedom we have the time to spend in community helping others get it right, or being corrected ourselves.

America has been poisoned by the diversity doctrine, where we concentrate on the aspects that differentiate us, person from person. That’s entirely wrong. We should concentrate first on the aspects that we conservatives have in common. These are shouted loudly every day on this blog, and readers echo them competently in the comments.

When we concentrate on commonality, we find friends right off. Later we can discuss our differences, once we have found common ground and value in our new friends, value that makes us reluctant to write them off over a disagreement.

Making the community gatherings about networking may seem shallow, but rather it gives people time, months if necessary, to make new friends and establish new relationships based on common interests. They take it as deep as they want.

What about training and classes and all that? People in your group have expertise in various areas, from finance to canning, from marksmanship to gardening. Encourage them to offer their expertise to the group. In every meeting, have a time where such people can give 60-second promos for their passions. Keep them short, for any person interested can look up the leader later. No need for a long presentation. This is networking, not lecture. You’ll find little knots of people breaking off for those classes and more.

What about communication? Don’t you need a Facebook page or email list or texting list? Not really. A few people can be at the core of the effort, and they contact their close group. From there the messages flow out to contacts of contacts. Nobody has a master list of names. And there is no online presence where people can monitor goings on or engage in social media sociopathy. There’s no online presence to ban. Let’s make the government analysts comb through millions of emails looking for suspicious patterns in domestic terrorist hot sauce formulas and baked bean recipes.

The leaders of this community group are really just coordinators. We are building community, not building an organization. The group need not even have a name. But if some task requires an organized group, one can be formed on the spot, with a leader, then disappear back into the community when the work is done.

I was part of one such group when a single lady seriously injured herself, ending up with an artificial leg. A group came together and totally renovated her house free of charge, making it all handicapped accessible. After the three month project, everybody scattered back to their lives. That’s community.

There are some other benefits to such a community group. First, conservatives need an emotional outlet. Many conservatives are boiling in isolation. It really helps to meet people of like mind and boil together. I invite my boiling friends to a group and it is so good to hear them laugh together in all caps.

Conservatives also need to know they are not alone. We are legion, but we are not too vocal. We have manners and composure, and we don’t print cuss words on signs, wear vagina hats, and march in city parades with other peoples’ children, chanting obscenities like idiots. Singing in harmony from the same conservative sheet of music is very encouraging.

When you meet, I suggest the pledge of allegiance and an opening prayer for each gathering, but suit your own tastes. Displaying the flag at gatherings may be the only time public school children see it, aside from out front of car dealerships.

If you gather once a quarter, that’s plenty, so people do not get bored or burned out.

If liberals show up at your gatherings, treat them like family. Or better than family! Show them, without words, that conservatives are not the people killing their own children in this country. We rather want and hope for the best for each person alive. A lot of hippie liberals are into living off grid, and they share values with many preppers who are doing the same things for different reasons. Find things in common and build from there. The libs will soon find that you are not Dick Cheny worshipers.

I’ve known some prisoners, and curiously prisoners unanimously hate people who lie. Now these are people who lie for a living, but they hate liars! They respect people who tell the truth. Liberals likewise respect people who treat them honestly, show up on time, keep their commitments, and are kind, without for a moment suspecting those are conservative values, antithetical to liberalism. There’s your teaching opportunity.

The socialists want to divide and conquer us. They engineer societal stupidity to do this on every front. There was a good TBP article recently on how Stalin divided the peasantry in Russia, and the government is doing this today to white men. Give them a big “up yours” by forming a community group of conservatives of every color and see what power emerges. You have your circle of friends. Take two of them out for coffee tomorrow and give them this vision.

Government hates it when we grow into healthy communities which do not need government. Government fostered dependency is the real hate crime in America. Destruction of community and relationships is a big goal of the scamdemic. Let their hate crystallize our mission! Live free, even in the face of slavery. Every bite of potato salad with a neighbor screams screw socialism!

When the time comes for militias to spontaneously form all across America, you will know dozens of people to contact, including the person who gave you that great spinach lasagna recipe last week. And the one who trained you in marksmanship.

Call those friends right now. Ant Bee will love you for it.

This is the true meaning of anarchy:But if some task requires an organized group, one can be formed on the spot, with a leader, then disappear back into the community when the work is done.

Your post is garbled, but I get your premise, that volunteer community projects and anarchy are complimentary, perhaps even synonymous, and certain that types of businesses are fair game for arson…. Perhaps burning things down gives a community more things to renovate?

Am I understanding you correctly?

No matter, if the house was renovated by a bunch of people working independently with no real p;an or leaders to make sure the plan was executed, it seems quite possible the house was destroyed rather than renovated.

Your message is positive. You’re an optimist and good conservative. I’m a pessimist and also a good conservative. We’re on our own. You might get a very limited close circle of friends together for a good common cause. We used to have a hundred people over for Christmas or other parties throughout the year. Everyone got along. Out of the same group before Covid we had maybe 25 left we considered close, conservative, like minded friends. Out of that 25 we know maybe six who are not getting the vaccine. The rest have all been overcome by the media brainwashing hype. You have higher hopes than me. Good on you. I see nothing but evil and the utter destruction and end of the world as we knew it… Chip

Generally, good advice. However, two things:

1) Why pledge loyalty to the flag of Mystery Babylon? America is done. It’s just a “when” question, not an “if” one. So, merely “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” Mark 12:17. No more; no less.

2) Only Jesus can give us the power to resist what is coming. Your quote here is perfect: “In essentials, unity; in nonessentials liberty; in all things, love.” Practically, we should minister to others, but be guarded around the Covidians. Even then, we should prepare for the Judases to betray us.

Ultimately, the Left (which is represented by both the current Republicans and Democrats in America) will seek to imprison or martyr Believers. This is because the ideology of Leftism is ultimately rooted in materialism and thus cannot tolerate values rooted in the Spirit. This is why Jesus warned us: “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” Matt. 6:24.

Militias won’t be able to form under the coming fascist dictatorship. Not with the surveillance and silencing of right wing organizing. Try Matt Bracken’s, What I Saw At The Coup.

They’re communists, not fascists.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You’re as clueless as Bracken pretends to be.

As for the Moravians, I once lived in Winston-Salem, which is their HQ. A regular devotee of The (original) Vilage Tavern, the old Outback/Diamonback, and all the Buena Vista hangouts. The Moravians founded Wachovia, what a piece of sh*t bank.

The Moravian credo was limited to “fellow believers”.

Sorry dude, but you will find that if you wait until the last moment to form a militia, you will just have a bunch of uncoordinated team mates who have no idea how to work together in actions as critical as battle. They won’t last long. That is why the many weekends together humping gear and learning how to move and fight as a team.

And, in my state, the state Constitution mandates that every citizen between the ages of 17 and 67 ARE members of the militia so training is actually a civic responsibility.

If I recall correctly, dissent was discussed and organized in places where colonial-era water was barely fit to drink.
Beer was a common staple. The man who knows how to brew can have lots of company, but a cautious man who brews should choose friends among his company very wisely.
