Last week Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) wrote in a Tuesday op-ed that officials from 15 federal agencies “knew in 2018 that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was trying to create a coronavirus like COVID-19.”

These officials knew that the Chinese lab was proposing to create a COVID 19-like virus and not one of these officials revealed this scheme to the public. In fact, 15 agencies with knowledge of this project have continuously refused to release any information concerning this alarming and dangerous research.

Paul was referring to the DEFUSE project, which was revealed after DRASTIC Research uncovered documents showing that DARPA had been presented with a proposal by EcoHealth Alliance to perform gain-of-function research on bat coronavirus.

I know you know the truth about Covid’s origins. The question is whether ANYONE will be held accountable. And remember: the people at the heart of this are the same ones who forced mRNA jabs on us.

A while back, I asked Unreported Truths readers what stories you wanted me to press.

I was somewhat surprised to hear most of you didn’t care about Covid’s origins. You thought the question wasn’t worth our time, because anyone paying attention has known since 2020 that Sars-Cov-2 almost surely escaped the Wuhan Institute of Virology following botched Chinese lab work.

As Jon Stewart – hardly a conservative – said in June 2021:

‘Oh, my God, there’s a novel respiratory coronavirus overtaking Wuhan, China. What do we do?’ ‘Oh, you know who we could ask? The Wuhan novel respiratory coronavirus lab.’ The disease is the same name as the lab. That’s just a little too weird, don’t you think?

“And then they ask those scientists, ‘So wait a minute, you work at the Wuhan respiratory coronavirus lab? How did this happen?’ And they’re like, ‘Ooh, a pangolin kissed a turtle?’ ”

Covid and Its Variants are Laboratory Creations

On September 4, I reported that Japanese scientists had examined Covid and its variants and found that all are Laboratory creations. https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2023/09/04/japanese-scientists-find-that-covid-19-and-all-of-the-variants-are-laboratory-creations/  This discovery raises the dangerous and disturbing question why a laboratory is producing viruses with which to infect humans.

I contacted a scientist who had been involved in the study of the original SARS for his evaluation and explanation of the Japanese scientists’ report.  His explanation is below.  It is challenging for non-professionals to follow, but less so than the Japanese study itself. As I understand the findings, it is the absence of synonymous mutations in the variants that reveal that Covid and its variants are lab creations.

I suspect that the Japanese study will be suppressed and that any American or Western scientist who took up this inquiry would find himself cut off from research funds and his career terminated.

Chinese military scientists worked secretly alongside civilian researchers to make coronaviruses more dangerous at the Wuhan laboratory suspected as the source of Sars-Cov-2.

And the civilian researcher helping lead that effort was along three scientists at the lab who became sick with a respiratory virus in late 2019, before anyone in the world had heard of Covid.

And a Chinese military vaccine expert at the lab died after the outbreak began in 2020, supposedly after falling from the lab’s roof.

The report noted multiple ongoing biosafety lapses that occurred early in 2019 at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), where Chinese and U.S. researchers were conducting gain-of-function research.

It also documented efforts led by the Chinese military to develop a COVID-19 vaccine at the lab weeks before China admitted the virus first emerged in Wuhan.

Sen. Roger Marshall, M.D. (R-Kan.) — the member of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions who released the report — said in a press release:

The big Covid news the last couple of days has been that the US Department of Energy, via the Wall Street Journal, has claimed that a laboratory leak is the “most likely” origin of “Covid”.

Citing “new evidence”, a DoE panel has amended their assessment from 2021, essentially switching “we don’t know” to “it probably came from a lab”.

This is just the latest step in the lab-leak theory’s remarkable journey from fringe idea to mainstream position, or from “conspiracy theory to government debate”, according to Forbes’ article timelining the whole process.

Covid was the name of the disease caused by a new coronavirus, which led to a new respiratory disease in Wuhan, China, which rapidly spread throughout the world, firstly Italy and then to the rest of Europe, America, South America and the Far East.

It was first recognised in the UK in late January 2020 and a major wave of infection became obvious in February and March 2020, when the Government panicked and on the advice of SAGE and modellers introduced a totally unnecessary lockdown as, by the time it was introduced the first wave was decreasing. In retrospect, the virus was clearly in Europe in November and December and although a wave of acute illness was first recognised in Wuhan in November 2019 there were reports of a similar disease as far back as September 2019.
