Burning Questions, Even Hotter Answers

From time to time, my readers email me asking for my take on issues of the day. (This has happened twice.)

I feel more obliged than usual to respond, now that we know that the rest of the media cannot state an opinion on anything until they figure out which side Trump is on.

MSNBC: Trump is against men in women’s sports? … Children will DIE if men cannot compete in women’s sports!

Fox News: Trump says he built the wall? … Go Trump! He’s built 0.2% of the wall! ONLY 1,305 MILES TO GO!

I may be cruel, brusque or impatient, but I don’t lie. When I say something, it’s because I think it’s true, not because I’m angling to get a show on MSNBC or a call from President Trump.

So here are my answers to readers’ fictional questions.

COURT TO THE WASHINGTON POST: DON’T TRY TOO HARD TO GET IT RIGHT

Guest Post by Ann Coulter

Last week, U.S. District Court Judge William O. Bertelsman dismissed Nick Sandmann’s $250 million defamation suit against The Washington Post for its stories about a mythical racist hate-crime allegedly committed by Sandmann, a Catholic schoolboy, against fake war acter despise the press, and also the courts.

For three days running after the annual March for Life in Washington, D.C., earlier this year, the Post published vicious hit pieces — six articles and three tweets, along with a deceptively edited 59-second video — portraying the teenaged boy as a Goebbels-level racist, who violently smirked at a hapless Indian.

The Most Interesting Man in the World: Two Faces on the Same Coin

By Doug “Uncola” Lynn via TheBurningPlatform.com

Presidential elections are planned distractions

To divert attention from the action behind the scenes

Like a game of chess when the house is a mess

Or a petty money squabble when your marriage is in trouble

Or a football game when there’s rioting in the streets

It’s just another movie, another song and dance

Another poor sucker who never had a chance

– Timbuk3. “Just Another Movie”, Greetings From Timbuk3 (1986), Mamdadaddi Music/I.R.S. Music, Inc. admin. by Atlantic Music

Before the big game there’s a coin toss and by the luck of the draw, decisions are made even before the teams take the field. It is the same for politics with, perhaps, the exception of luck having anything to do with the outcomes.  Regardless, the games play on our screens and we passively watch; anxiously waiting to see what happens.

It’s an all-or-nothing blitz to score big and winners take all.  In the interim, there are the commercial breaks revealing ads refined by the fires of focus groups and in boardrooms.

Edward Bernays, the influential pioneer of public relations and the nephew of iconic psychologist Sigmund Freud, wrote in his 1928 book “Propaganda” (page 37) regarding an “unseen mechanism of society” that constituted “an invisible government” that was, assuredly,  “the true ruling power of our country”. Bernays added:  “We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of.”

Trump hits Ann Coulter over recent criticism: ‘Maybe I didn’t return her phone call or something’

Ann Coulter wearing a suit and tie: Trump hits Ann Coulter over recent criticism: 'Maybe I didn’t return her phone call or something'

President Trump on Sunday took a shot at conservative commentator Ann Coulter, a longtime supporter of his, after she criticized him for agreeing to reopen the government without a deal on his long-promised border wall.

“I hear she’s become very hostile,” Trump said in a new interview with The Wall Street Journal. “Maybe I didn’t return her phone call or something.”

His jab comes shortly after Coulter blasted Trump repeatedly for not securing funding for a wall along the southern U.S. border, his signature campaign promise.

Keep Going. This Too Shall Pass.

By Doug “Uncola” Lynn via TheBurningPlatform.com

Like the weather when a storm approaches, or as the seasons turn, or waves pounding on a shoreline, any deviations are measured and compared by speed and intensity.  The same can be said for headlines:  Omnibus, discouraged Deplorables, rumors of war, prospects of peace, economic bubbles, fluctuating markets, and political intrigue.  Round and round it goes; when it ends, nobody knows. It’s a time of transition; and when traveling over mountaintops, through valleys, and on rough seas, no one has all of the answers.

Even when looking at maps.

The books, Generations (1992) and The Fourth Turning (1997), were written by the historians William Strauss and Neil Howe. These recent explorers identified recorded cycles of history and categorized them across multiple cultures and eras.  In both books, historical timelines were analyzed and populations were correlated to specific life-cycles labeled as generational types.  Strauss and Howe additionally addressed the concept of time in the context of both circular and linear perspectives and defined what is called a “saeculum” as a “long human life” measuring roughly 80 to 90 years.  Every saeculum is comprised of four turnings, each lasting around 20 years.

They Don’t Call It “The Great Tweet Of China”

Guest Post by Ann Coulter

During the campaign, Donald J. Trump made lots of promises—he’d be the greatest jobs president that God ever created, he’d cut taxes, he’d balance the budget, he’d give all Americans fantastic health care, he’d renegotiate NAFTA, he’d scotch the Iran deal and so on.

But there was one central promise without which he wouldn’t have been elected: He said he’d build a wall.

Either Trump understood the urgency of our border crisis, as his every campaign speech suggested, or it was just meaningless boilerplate to get himself elected. If it was the latter, then our search continues for one politician who won’t lie to us.

NO AMNESTY IS A GOOD AMNESTY

Guest Post by Ann Coulter
Donald Trump is being told that amnesty for “Dreamers,” or DACA recipients, will only apply to a small, narrowly defined group of totally innocent, eminently deserving illegal immigrants, who were brought to this country “through no fault of their own” as “children.” (Children who are up to 36 years old.)

Every syllable of that claim is a lie, and I can prove it.

To see how DACA will actually work, let’s look at another extremely limited amnesty that was passed in 1986.

To Say “Stop Raping Me” In English Press 1 Now

Guest Post by Ann Coulter

The same media that slavishly ignored the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl by two illegal immigrants in Rockville, Maryland, spent last week crowing about the prosecutor’s refusal to bring charges.

It turns out that illegal aliens gang-raping a 14-year-old girl in a bathroom stall is not a statutory rape because … the girl had previously sent one of her assailants prurient text messages.

Somebody better tell the college campuses.

Your Choice–A Green America Or A Brown America

Guest Post by Ann Coulter

VDARE.com note: Demographer James Johnson and MSNBC’s Melissa Harris Perry have used the term “browning of America” to celebrate the demographic transformation of the country.  It was the title of a cover story (above) in Time as long ago as April 9, 1990. This was discussed here the last time the MSM freaked out over Ms. Coulter using it.

In celebration of Earth Day this Saturday, let’s review how the Sierra Club sold its soul and screwed the Earth for a $100 million donation. They must hate themselves for it, so why shouldn’t we hate them, too?

After Teddy Kennedy’s 1965 immigration act began dumping millions of Third-Worlders on the country, the Sierra Club talked of little else besides reducing immigration.

In 1970, the club adopted a resolution complaining that the country’s growing population was polluting the “air, water and land”—to the point that “our very survival (is) threatened.”

vDare, HBD, and Me: A Great Weariness

I’m going to break something. Or maybe kick the dog.

Sometimes it seems to me that I am the only gringo on this whole sorry planet who does not think Mexicans are scum–filthy, perverted, and witless.  They are not, dammit. If you want to criticize Mexico, stick to facts, such as that it is corrupt to the roots of its teeth and terribly governed, that the narcos are out of control, the police criminals, and that it qualifies as a failed state by some (reasonable) definitions. And they play loud music at three a.m. during fiestas. All of this is true.

But spare me the twaddle. In fact, spare everybody the twaddle. No matter who does what, there are going to be a lots of Mexicans in the US, or more correctly American citizens of Mexican descent. Maybe the public ought to have an accurate idea of them. But no. We get twaddle, chiefly from sites like vDare, from groups calling themselves the Human Bio-diversity (hbd) movement, and from Ann (“Legs”) Coulter. Example::

hbd-JuarezMonumentTrash

Juarez Monument, Mexico City, from the site Those Who Can See, a typical Roaring Right hbd site.

Well, I concede that the photo is pretty shocking. What sort of people would leave mounds of garbage on the grounds of their national monuments?

When the Third World Attacks

Guest Post by Ann Coulter

New York Times, Monday, Nov. 16, 2015: “BRUSSELS — The French authorities have concluded that Abdelhamid Abaaoud, a 27-year-old Belgian man who has fought in Syria for the Islamic State, was the mastermind of the Paris terrorist attacks.”

Franco-Belgian yet cosmopolitan in culture, Abaaoud’s great-grandfather, Anselmus Aaster, opened the first chocolate shop on the Rue des Bouchers, Brussels. Abaaoud claimed to be a distant relation of the 17th-century Baroque artist, Philippe de Champaigne, who painted Cardinal Richelieu eleven times …

Give me a break, New York Times. The Paris terrorists were 100 percent Middle Eastern, although most were born in Muslim ghettos in Europe.

After 50 years of the most backward, dysfunctional cultures pouring into the civilized world, the media are forced to blatantly lie to us whenever immigrants attack: This has nothing to do with refugees! Ismail Omar Mostefai is “a Frenchman.”

Ismail is “French” in the same way that Caitlin Jenner is a “woman.” That doesn’t mean we can draw no conclusions about the relative strength of men and women, even though a “woman” won the decathlon at the 1976 Olympics.

The fact that only one of the terrorists was part of the current “refugee” flow proves we’re facing something much bigger than a refugee problem: We can’t assimilate them. These days, second-generation immigrants are just as likely to shoot up Fort Hood as the first-generation Tsarnaev brothers are to blow up the Boston Marathon.

Ann Coulter and the Manufacture of Pedophilia

Enough. I shall go deep into the Okefenokee Swamp, dwell in  a hut of clay and wattles made, and live on crocodile meat and watermelons. The modern world is too much for me.

I have just read ¡Adios, America!  by Ann Coulter, and discovered that Mexico, my current home, is a suppurating moral sore where  men of fifty can legally screw little girls of twelve. Yes. It is perfectly legal.  I know this is true because Miss Coulter says it is true. All a drooling pervert has to do is sweet-talk the child.“Hey, leetle girl, want an ice-cream cone? I geeve you a nice toy eef you let me….”

I am grateful to Miss Ann for the information. I have lived thirteen years in Mexico without encountering this astonishment. The Mexicans have not heard of it either. Mexican attorneys are unaware of it. The penal codes are barren of it. She in lone splendor knows of this officially sanctioned child-molestation..

Specifically she says  that the age of sexual consent in Mexico is “12 in all but one Mexican state and 14 in the other.”

Twelve? My god, that’s barbaric. This is certainly what Miss Ann is peddling as the nature of Mexico and Mexicans. Of course all manner of gullible websites picked this up. Mexico, we are to believe, is now a freefire zone for doing children. Why, it’s legal.

But is it true?
