I consider myself a student of history. I’ve always been fascinated by the personalities who drove events throughout history. I probably would have been a history major in college if I didn’t feel the need to make enough money to support myself and my family. I chose a business major and decided studying history would be my hobby. Over the years I’ve taken a particular interest in the Civil War. You could even call me a Civil War buff.

Dispatches from the Race War

All cultures are equal. At least, as things are going, they soon will be. But couldn’t they be equal somewhere else?

Month after month after month, surprising as sunrise, predictable as the value of pi, come the casualty reports documenting racial disaster. Details change. The substance does not. Gangs of American Africans beat whites into brain damage, often rape and sometimes torture, kill policemen, loot stores, burn our cities. Week after week sullen dark faces glare from mug shots. The stories run briefly in the local press and are disappeared.

Woman bludgeoned to death by black male in random attack in laundromat. She called 911, screamed, then went silent. Las Vegas police arrested a black male carrying a bloody sledge hammer. This was thought suspicious, though perhaps police unfairly profile men carrying bloody sledge hammers. He was doubtless a troubled youth who broke under the unbearable torment of white privilege. The woman remains dead.

Class War As Race War

There is an interesting post up this week over at the American Renaissance¹ website, that I have been puzzling over a bit. What struck me initially about it is the opening line, “Why we must unite across class lines.” That’s not a phrase you hear much these days from politicians, activists or certainly polemicists. In fact, class does not get much of a discussion at all in polite circles. The closest we get to a class debate in America anymore are some snide remarks from cosmopolitans about the people shopping at Walmart.

On the Right, discussion of class has long been forbidden. This was mostly due to the fact that conventional conservatism in America is really just right-wing Progressivism. The official Right and Left agree on the big philosophical items. Their quarrels are mostly about tactics and rhetoric. In the latter, the so-called Right carried the day, so discussion of social class is mostly forbidden. We are an egalitarian society, so it goes, where your status is determined by how well you serve the state, not the circumstances of your birth.

Just another day at the Exceptional Nation. Racial attacks, racial threats, looting, burning. When I am politically upset, I loot stores. Don’t you?

It is worth understanding what we deal with. The video makes it clear.

The  rioters grow in imagination. This time they tried to throw a photographer into a fire. There was stealing, of course. They steal in response to anything they don’t like. What they can’t lift, they break.

And they attack whites. It doesn’t matter to them who did what to whom. An African cop in an African city with an African police chief shoots an African criminal, and the rioters attack whites. In Milwaukee a black cop shot a black criminal and the tribesmen called for burning white suburbs. We seeing an episodic, one-sided–so far–race war. We will not admit it as then we would have to do something about it, and we do not know what.

These things come faster now. The outbreaks have become normal. This time, to judge by the internet, whites are getting angry. Sales of guns to whites are way up. Not good. Yet there is a reason.

Milwaukee

Continuity is comforting. The sun rises, the value of pi remains unchanged, businesses burn, cars are smashed, and rioters with the minds of children and the hormones of adults throw bricks at the police. All in good fun.

These incidents seem to come at shorter intervals. In characteristic confusion, in Milwaukee the mob believed that the dead man was shot in the back when the body-cam video show that he was raising a pistol toward the policeman (Milwaukee, Wisconsin ). Either they can’t read, don’t read, don’t have access to the internet, or don’t care. As usual, sixty years after Brown vs. the School Board they shout in illiterate semi-English.

It isn’t working. The racial thing, I mean. The hunting of whites, beatings of whites, calls for attacks on whites. In the age of cell phones, the media can hide only so much.

Missouri: Taking the National Temperture

It warms the heart of a curmudgeon: As I suppose we all have heard by now,  black semi-pro football players at the University  (sic) of Missouri have forced white officials to resign because of “White Privilege.” This Privilege is a great upsettance to them.

White Privilege is real, of course. It is a combination of high genetic intelligence, studiousness, a tendency toward intellectual exploration, the capacity to organize, sustained hard work, and conscientiousness. There is a reason why whites design Mars landers and black athletes do not.

To make this point clearly (See? It is my tendency toward intellectual exploration), let us consider the following questions:

How many of the black athletes, or black radicals at Missouri, or anywhere, have any business being at a university? How many have IQs below ninety? How many are way below? How many are studying real subjects, such as chemistry, languages, philosophy, literature, or history—as distinct from subjects for the enfeebled, Black Studies, Sociology, Education, and Breathing for Credit?

How many of the jocks can read? In many universities the black athletes are kept in special dorms and get high grades for courses they never attend and can’t spell. Is that happening in Missouri? Can we see their SATs? No one, I promise, will want to check.

Stray thought: If universities accepted only those with intelligence and interest, the noise level would drop appreciably. I am for it.

But the antics at Missouri are only one instance of a far larger disease. Daily the country ties itself in knots to keep blacks happy, which is impossible—to placate them, to soothe their disturbances, give them everything they want but can’t or won’t earn. Nothing satisfies them. They shut down political meetings, loot shoe stress, burn cities. We back away. Always we back away.

Applied Racial Anencephaly: Making Things Worse

Note: Last week’s column on evolutionary biology was a total spoof with imaginary brain anatomy and so on. Some people took it seriously. My apologies.

 

It never stops, and won’t. Another state of emergency in Ferguson. Headline: “Post-Dispatch Reporter Recovering after Attack while Covering Ferguson.”

He was photographing break-ins.

“The attackers punched him in the face, hit him in the head at least three times and kicked him in the back of the head when he was on the ground, Hampel said.”

This is normal behavior for those doing it. Interesting is that several white men showed up calling themselves Oath Keepers and carrying serious rifles. Depending on which news account you believe, they were there to protect stores or people. Either way, it looks like another step toward The Big One.

It sets one to pondering the racial disaster that we never call a racial disaster. The usual pattern is that a black man dies or is roughly handled while being arrested. The police may or may not have misbehaved. It doesn’t matter. The media then assert that “the victim”—not “the criminal”–was a gentle giant, wanted to help people, planned to go to divinity school, and was only inadvertently committing burglary or selling drugs. Later it transpires that he had seventeen felony arrests. It doesn’t matter.

“Payback’s a Bitch”: Rural Wisdom and the Gathering Storm

The furor over the Confederate flag, think I, has little to do with the Confederate flag, which is a pretext, an uninvolved bystander. Rather it is about a seething anger in the United States that we must not mention. It is the anger of people who see everything they are and believe under attack by people they aren’t and do not want to be—their heritage, their religion, their values and way of life all mocked and even made criminal.

The talking heads inside Washington’s beltway, in editorial suites in New York, do not know of this anger. They do not talk to people in Joe’s Bar in Chicago or in barbecue joints in Wheeling. They are cloistered, smug, sure of themselves. And they are asking for it.

We are dealing with things visceral, not rational. Confusing the two is dangerous. Hatreds can boil over as syllogisms cannot. The banning of the flag infuriates, for example, me. Why? Although a Southerner by raising, I would far prefer to live in New York City than in Memphis. Yet I value my boyhood in Virginia and Alabama. My ancestors go back to the house of Burgesses, and I remember long slow summer days on the Rappahannock and in the limestone of Athens, Alabama.

When the federal government and the talking heads want to ban my past—here, permit me to exit momentarily the fraudulent objectivity of literature—I hate the sonsofbitches.

A lot of people quietly hate the sonsofbitches.

To them, to us, the Confederate flag stands for resistance to control from afar, to meddling and instruction from people we detest. It is the flag of “Leave me the hell alone.” And this Washington, Boston, and New York will…not…do.

A surprise may be coming.

There’s no race war in America

Did you know that this newspaper is named for a slaveholder? It’s right there on our masthead, the name of a man who for 56 years held other human beings in bondage on his Virginia plantation — a man, according to the official Mount Vernon Web site, who “frequently utilized harsh punishment against the enslaved population, including whippings.” This dreaded symbol of oppression is delivered to the doorsteps and inboxes of hundreds of thousands of people each morning.

Sure, George Washington also emancipated his slaves in his will, won our independence and became the father of our country — but no matter. It is an outrage that this paper continues to bear the name of such a man.

It is time to rename The Washington Post!

9 Dead Black Church Folk = Hate Crime

I need to go to my parent’s house very shortly. Some quick thoughts;

1)  This truly is a tragedy.  People praying in church do not deserve to be shot.

2)  I wonder where the all-knowing, all-loving, all-powerful Creator was? I guess Da Lawd works in mysterious ways.

3) What the fuck is this “hate crime” bullshit?  The MSM whores are getting orgasms that is now now being classified as such.  Is there such a thing as a “love crime”?  Pure politically correct horseshit. But wait, there’s more ….

4)  They said this could be a case of … wait for it …. DOMESTIC TERRORISM!

5)  While it IS tragic … is it any more tragic than blacks killing whites in large numbers? I guess when 9 people are killed in one location we’ll now get 172 hours of non-stop coverage from CNN.  But when thousands of whites are raped and killed by blacks in thousands of separate  locations across America, well, that’s no big deal.

6)  Race wars are coming. This may or may not be the opening battle. Stock up on guns and bullets.


 

IT ISN’T ALL ONE SIDED

There is hate on both sides of the race war. This is progressing towards an all out war.

Three white teens who went ‘hunting for black people’ and killed black man by running him over are sentenced to decades in prison

  • James Craig Anderson was run over and killed by a truck in Mississippi 
  • Deryl Paul Dedmon pleaded guilty to capital murder and hate crime 
  • Has now been sentenced to 50 years in a federal prison for the killing 
  • Two others have also been jailed for their part in the attack in June 2011 
  • John Aaron Rice was sentenced to 18-and-a-half years in prison 
  • Dylan Wade Butler must serve seven years for commission of a hate crime 
  • Court heard how group drove to Jackson to look for black people to beat

Three white teenagers have been jailed after admitting they were out hunting black people when they used their truck to run over and kill a man.

Deryl Paul Dedmon, now 22, was sentenced to 50 years in a federal prison after the death of 47-year-old James Craig Anderson in Jackson, Mississippi.

John Aaron Rice was also sentenced to 18-and-a-half years in jail while Dylan Wade Butler must serve seven years after being convicted of commission of a hate crime.

He was at the wheel of a truck that ran over Mr Anderson in the parking lot of a Jackson hotel with the incident being was caught on a security camera at the hotel.

The surveillance video shows the white Jeep Cherokee in which Rice was a passenger leaving a hotel parking lot.

Less than 20 seconds later, a Ford truck backs up and then lunges forward and Mr Anderson’s shirt is illuminated in the headlights before he disappears under the vehicle next to the curb.

The Symptoms Worsen

Partial index, Knockout Game a Lie? To cure a disease, begin by admitting that you have it.

Ah, the joys of escalation. In Ferguson blacks are shooting policemen as others cheer .It does a curmudgeon’s soul good: Everything gets worse, the collapse continues, and unreasoning stupidity goes thundering into the future.

We will hear I suppose that it wasn’t racial, that teens did it, that discrimination  caused it, white privilege, racism, institutional racism, slavery, colonialism, bigots, Southerners, rednecks—everything but the hatred of blacks for whites.

And thus we will avoid the unavoidable, that racial relations are a disaster, will remain a disaster, will get worse, are getting worse, and will lead to some awful denouement no matter how much we lie, preen, vituperate, chatter like Barbary apes, or admire ourselves.

It isn’t working. There is no sign that it ever will. What now?

The only solution, if there is a solution, would seem to be an amicable separation. This methinks would be greatly better than the slow-motion, intensifying racial war we now see, and pretend not to see. When the races mix, there is trouble. So, don’t mix them.

BALTIMORE, Md. (CBSDC/AP) — Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan told African-Americans that it’s time to die for a cause, while referencing Ferguson.

Farrakhan warned of retaliation two days before a grand jury decided not to indict Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown.

“The young – they are God’s children and they are not going down being peaceful. Watch now, because once it starts, it’s on,” Farrakhan told a crowd at Morgan State University in Baltimore. “You may not want to fight, but you better get ready. Teach your baby how to throw the bottle if they can.”

The Nation of Islam leader stated that we are going to “tear this God damn country up.”

“We gonna die. Let’s die for something,” he told the audience. “See, now when my Muslim family here, Imams and my Christian family – in this book, there is a law for retaliation. The Bible says an eye, a tooth, a life. See now, as long as they kill us, and go to Wendy’s and have a burger and go to sleep, they gonna keep killing us. But when we die and they die, then soon we gonna sit down at a table and talk about – we tired. We want some of this earth. We tear this God damn country up.”

Farrakhan’s words came before last week’s violent protests where dozens of buildings and businesses were looted and burned in Ferguson following the grand jury decision. Hundreds of protesters were arrested around the country.
