I love that she recorded this. I love that people get to see what these giant corporations are like.
From the human perspective, how could she ever improve with this feedback? I would be furious in her position. I’ve had to fire and lay off people, and I hope I did better. pic.twitter.com/bTIFPx0OJL

I stumbled across this short clip of a young woman being fired via Zoom. It struck me as an apt metaphor for the way Heritage Americans, i.e. Whites, are being dealt with on a societal scale in not only the business world, but politically.
They are being replaced. It isn’t a feeling; it is a reality. The language used to carry out this disenfranchisement has heretofore been couched in all kinds of squishy, deflecting, meaningless expressions that fail to state the obvious, but rather to obscure what is actually happening. To promote diversity, to boost inclusion, to provide opportunity, yadda, yadda, yadda. While these phrases sound like something positive, they are the opposite for the objects of this displacement.
