THE ROAD TO PERDITION IS PAVED WITH EVIL INTENTIONS – A FINAL RECKONING

In Part 1 of this article I pointed out how we have allowed ourselves to be cowed by authoritarian “experts” who have proven to be nothing but incompetent and wrong every step of the way, while the financiers have used the crisis once again to pillage the citizens as they did in 2008/2009.

The absurdity of shutting down this country based on academic death models that make economist and climatologist models look highly accurate in comparison, can be seen in the ludicrousness of the following chart. And realize we did this on purpose because of a virus that will kill .018% of the U.S. population. And most of those deaths will occur in several highly dense urban enclaves, with the rest of the country barely affected.

By shutting down the country the government has crushed virtually every business in the country and putting tens of millions out of work, with resulting crash in tax revenues at the Federal, State and Local level. At the same time, Trump and everyone in Congress have become Bernie Sanders socialists, except most of it is corporate socialism. The deficit was already on track to top $1.2 trillion, but with the $2.2 trillion stimulus package, and more to come, the deficit this year and next will approach $3 trillion.

THE HORROR! THE HORROR!

I’m constantly amazed by the ability of those in power to create a narrative trusted by a gullible non-critical thinking populace. Appealing to emotions, when you have millions of functionally illiterate, normalcy bias ensnared, iGadget distracted, disciples of the status quo, has been the game plan of the Deep State for the last century. Americans don’t want to think, because thinking is hard. They would rather feel. For decades the government controlled public education system has performed a mass lobotomy on their hapless matriculates, removing their ability to think and replacing it with feelings, fabricated dogma, and social indoctrination. Their minds of mush have been molded to acquiesce to the narrative propagandized by their government keepers.

With a majority confused, distracted, malleable, willfully ignorant, and easily manipulated by false narratives, heart wrenching images, and fake news, the Deep State henchmen have been able to control the masses with relative ease. The unanticipated rise of Donald Trump to the most powerful role in the world gave many critical thinking, anti-big government, skeptical curmudgeons hope he could drain the swamp and begin to deconstruct the massive out of control Federal bureaucracy.

COMMON SENSE – 2017 (PART TWO)

In Part One of this article I explored Thomas Paine’s critical role in the creation of our nation. His Common Sense pamphlets inspired the common people to uncommon acts of courage and heroic feats of valor; leading to the great experiment we call the United States of America. Paine, Franklin and the other Founding Fathers produced a republic, if we could keep it.

John Adams championed the new Constitution precisely because it would not create a democracy, as he knew a democracy “soon wastes, exhausts and murders itself.” Their herculean efforts, sacrifices, and bloodshed have been for naught as we allowed our republic to devolve into a democracy and ultimately into our current corporate fascist warfare/welfare surveillance state. Sadly, we were unable to keep the republic Franklin and his fellow revolutionaries gave us.

Some might contend Paine’s Common Sense arguments against a despotic monarchy two and a half centuries ago, with an audience of two and a half million colonists, couldn’t be pertinent today in a divided nation of 325 million people. The war you don’t hear about: numerous American military aircraft (albeit of the unmanned variety, though with the possibility of being armed and dangerous) have apparently been violating Russian airspace, leading to the Russians shooting – yes, shooting – them down following the refusal of the Americans to acknowledge Russian diplomatic notes of protest.

The military violation of the territory, including the airspace, of a sovereign state is ordinarily taken to be a casus belli – an act of war.

But to be fair to the Americans, they may justify their belligerent behavior, flagrantly refusing to respect Russia’s sovereignty, on the basis that they do not recognize Crimea to be a part of Russia. Therefore, they do not recognize any violation of the airspace of Russia as having taken place. Rather, they would contend that the American aircraft in question were flying within the sovereign territory of Ukraine, with the permission of the government with the only legitimate authority to grant or refuse such permission, namely the government of Ukraine.

PAPERS PLEASE!!!

My wife got in our little Honda Insight yesterday morning at 10:00 am to run some errands. As I’ve documented before, we live in a lily white suburb with virtually no crime. She turned onto one of the two lane country roads near our house and about three miles down the road what does she encounter? A State Police checkpoint pulling over every car traveling on that sleepy country road at 10:00 am on a Wednesday. WTF???

After being my wife for 25 years she may have developed a slight anti-state, anti-police slant. It was heavily reinforced by this experience. She was asked for her papers by the donut eating, government union drone, second responder, surveillance state representative. She annoyingly asked Mr. Hero why they were doing this to moms trying to get errands done on a sunny peaceful morning. He said it was a “safety check”.

What a load of smelly bullshit. Indiscriminately harassing innocent citizens who have violated no laws, for no good reason, is another example of the out of control government surveillance state. We are living in Orwell’s 1984 world. We are all guilty until proven innocent. This blatant example of intimidation is happening more and more. The police state is out of control. And the majority of the sheep just willingly allow themselves to be shepherded towards the slaughterhouse without a whimper in the name of safety and security.

More than half the population have no problem with the police conducting this type of offense. They believe the propaganda about safety. In reality, the purpose of this assault on our freedom is two pronged. The police state wants to invoke a healthy fear among the sheep through intimidation. Secondly, they want to find sheep who don’t have their papers in order so they can issue ridiculous financial penalties to fund their police state. I’m getting sick and tired of this shit. I’m voting for Trump in hopes this will trigger something that will burn this fucker down. Fuck this welfare/warfare surveillance state.

MORE MONEY, DUMBER KIDS

It’s hysterical reading a NYT article about the atrocious state of our public education system. They give a couple of paragraphs with some hand picked facts, and then spend 75% of the article with excuses from the government drone bureaucrats, union teachers, and liberal academics. They have been rolling out Common Core for years. The amount of money spent per student has been going up for decades. We’ve had Headstart. We’ve had no child left behind. We’ve integrated the schools to make black kids smarter. We’ve implemented the curriculum demanded by the Federal government.

And kids just keep getting dumber and dumber. Only 40% of all Fourth graders are proficient at math. The most hysterical part of the report is that after four more years of government education, everyone’s proficiency DROPS. By eight grade, proficiency in math plunges to 33%. It’s almost as if the government wants to produce generations of dumb downed morons who remain willfully ignorant for their entire lives.

You can now see why the social justice warriors want to eliminate standardized testing. It seems black kids and hispanic kids, after decades of Great Society programs totaling $13 trillion, haven’t exactly caught on to maff and reading. If these tests are so terrible, why do Asians score 460% better than blacks and 40% better than whites in eight grade?

They should test kids on how well they use a smart phone, texting speed, and what drugs Lamar Odom used on his weekend binge at a whorehouse. The funniest part is if you asked kids in eighth grade how smart they thought they were, the scores would be above the 80th percentile. These kids are so stupid, they don’t even know they’re stupid. All those participation trophies and being passed along from grade to grade with no requirement to actually learn anything has given these idiots high self-esteem to go along with their stupidity. What a combination.

Nationwide Test Shows Dip in Students’ Math Abilities

For the first time since 1990, the mathematical skills of American students have dropped, according to results of a nationwide test released by the Education Department on Wednesday.

The decline appeared in both Grades 4 and 8 in an exam administered every two years as the National Assessment of Educational Progress and sometimes called “the nation’s report card.”

The dip in scores comes as the country’s employers demand workers with ever-stronger skills in mathematics to compete in a global economy. It also comes as states grapple with the new Common Core academic standards and a rebellion against them.

LIES, DAMNED LIES & STATISTICS

The government released their monthly CPI report this week. Even though it came in at an annualized rate of 3.6%, they and their mouthpieces in the corporate mainstream media dutifully downplayed the uptrend. They can’t let the plebs know the truth. That might upend their economic recovery storyline and put a crimp into their artificial free money, zero interest rate, stock market rally. If they were to admit inflation is rising, the Fed would be forced to raise rates. That is unacceptable in our rigged .01% economy. There are banker bonuses, CEO stock options, corporate stock buyback earnings per share goals and captured politician elections at stake.

The corporate MSM immediately shifted the focus to the annual CPI figure of 0.1%. That’s right. Your government keepers expect you to believe the prices you pay to live your everyday life have been essentially flat in the last year. Anyone who lives in the real world, not the BLS Bizarro world of models, seasonal adjustments, hedonic adjustments, and substitution adjustments, knows this is a lie. The original concept of CPI was to measure the true cost of maintaining a constant standard of living. It should reflect your true inflation of out of pocket costs to live a daily existence in this country.

Instead, it has become a manipulated statistic using academic theories as a cover to systematically under-report the true level of inflation. The purpose has been to cut annual cost of living adjustments to Social Security and other government benefits, while over-estimating the true level of GDP. Artificially low inflation figures allow the mega-corporations who control the country to keep wage increases to workers low. Under-reporting the true level of inflation also allows the Federal Reserve to keep their discount rate far lower than it would be in an honest free market. The Wall Street banks, who own and control the Federal Reserve, are free to charge 18% on credit card balances while paying .25% to savers. The manipulation of the CPI benefits the vested interests, impoverishes the masses, and slowly but surely contributes to the destruction of our economic system.

A deep dive into Table 2 from the BLS reveals some truth and uncovers more lies. Their weighting of everyday living expenditures is warped and purposefully misleading. Let’s look at the annual increases in some food items we might consume in the course of a month, living in this empire of lies:
